Polyurethane Drag Chain Ethernet Cable is specifically designed for heavy mechanical loads and harsh environments such as coasts, ports, fields, extreme high and low temperatures, and high pollution. It is widely used as a flexible Cat5e Ethernet cable. It is also suitable for CNC machine tools, electronic equipment, metal stamping, wood and stone machinery, glass and door/window machinery, injection molding machines, robotic arms, construction machinery, heavy machinery factories, automotive manufacturing, lifting and transport equipment, automated warehouses, docks, and other indoor or outdoor applications.

High Flexibility and Bend Resistance: The core wire uses special bending-resistant materials, providing excellent resistance to repeated bending. It can withstand frequent bending movements, with some products achieving a bending life of up to 8 million cycles.

Water and Oil Resistance: It offers excellent waterproof and oil-resistant properties, allowing prolonged use even when submerged in oil or water.

Abrasion and Scratch Resistance: It has superior wear resistance and can endure scratches, making it suitable for repeated movement and friction in drag chains and other reciprocating bending applications.

It features a highly flexible structure, typically using multi-strand pure oxygen-free bare copper wires as conductors, complying with the VDE0295 CLASS6 standard. The insulation colors are generally (orange-white, orange), (green-white, green), (blue-white, blue), (brown-white, brown). Inside, it contains polyester yarn fibers and Kevlar anti-stretch bulletproof filaments as tensile elements. The outer jacket is made of polyurethane (PUR) material.
